Ordering & Shipments: Any order cancellations or requests to change orders prior to shipping, regardless of reason, are subject to a $10 charge for processing.By placing any order with Unique Expressions Online through the web store or any other means or portal, you hereby authorize Unique Expressions Online to ship with United States Postal Service,UPS , FEDEX or a comparable shipping company at Unique Expressions Online's descretion, applicable foreign postal services or designated foreign entity for delivery, under the terms and conditions described under these policies. By purchasing from Unique Expressions Online you make agreement that Unique Expressions Online is not responsible for errors in delivery, theft, loss, damage or delays caused by the United States Postal Service, or any other shipping entity that may be used at Unique Expressions Online's descretion, all damages must be reported to the shipping company and are under the terms and conditions of that shipping company that delivers the product, and are the sole responsibility of said shipping company. Unique Expressions Online is not responsible in any way for any damages or shipping Cost . Signature requirements, identification authorization, restrictions and carrier discretion are the sole responsibility of the shipping company and are in no way influenced or dictated by Unique Expressions Online. Any returns to Unique Expressions Online must have a return authorization from Unique Expressions Online and be approved by Unique Expressions Online, and all shipping to and from the buyer is the buyers responsibility. Unique Expressions Online has no repsonsibility of any return shipping cost.Returns due to incorrect addresses or incorrect address formatting are subject to additional shipping charges once corrected. Buyers are responsible for supplying correct address and recipient information at time of purchase, we cannot guarantee ability to change recipient or address information before processing and/or shipping. Any request for change of address before shipping, regardless of reason, is subject to a $10 processing fee. Product Returns:If you are unsure about a product's features, specifications, or warranty please ask before purchase, we are happy to help you out. In most cases the specifications of a product are listed on the product page. Unique Expressions Online is not responsible for problems of compatibility even if specifics of a particular product are not known by the buyer. Once again, if you are unsure, for any reason, please ask for assistance.Please note that whenever possible we will work with our customers to help in instances where the wrong product is ordered or issues to a specific product are not immediately apparent or known to the buyer. Should the product bear evidence of any tampering or abuse it will void any and all warranties.For all products purchased from Unique Expressions Online, returns are only accepted when there is an error in shipping or delivery of wrong product due to our error, however, this does not include shipping damages. Damages are the shipping companies responsibility and all damages should be reported and a claim made with the shipping company that delivers the product to the buyer. Unique Expressions Online is not in any way responsible for any damages that may occure during shipping or any shipping cost to or from customer. Any product clearly labeled in a specific application as ordered is only returnable unopened and unused less actual shipping fees and 20% restocking fee.This includes items purchased with "free shipping." Once opened or used, products are only covered by their warranty as we do not sell used products or accept any returns that have been opened. Any item that is returned for warranty the customer will pay shipping to and from Unique Expressions Online. Unique Expressions Online does not return any cost for shipping to or from on any returns , nor does Unique Expressions Online pay any cost in return shipping of any returns to customer, all shipping cost of any returns are sole responsibility of buyer, no refunds are given for any shipping cost on any product returns. All returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee NO EXCEPTIONS.
